Back Up Policy

We recognise that the security of your data is of paramount concern when using a software as a service product.  We prioritise the security and data integrity of Magic Minutes as an area for continuous improvement.

Magic Minutes currently apply the following principles and practices to help manage data security and integrity:

• The database and application are kept on separate servers
• The database is backed up every 24 hours
• The whole website (Including PDFs are backup every 7 days)
• The servers are hosted via Forge on Digital Ocean, within the UK
• Backups are hosted within a separate server located within the EU.
